Where Memory Magnets ships, and the delivery times and costs to expect on your order.
Processing time
Photo magnets are printed to order and are usually produced within 2 to 4 business days before they are handed to the carrier. You receive a confirmation when your order ships.
Delivery times and regions
We ship within the United States, with more regions added over time. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3 to 7 business days for standard mail, depending on your location. These estimates are not guarantees, as carrier times vary.
Costs
Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay, based on the destination and pack size. Any free-shipping threshold or flat rate is stated clearly at checkout.
Problems with delivery
If an order is late, lost, or arrives damaged, email hello@memorymagnets.me with your order number and we will help resolve it, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.
