Refund and Returns Policy
How returns and refunds will work once Memory Magnets products are on sale.
Return window
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Because photo magnets are made to order from your images, returns are accepted for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described. Personalized items in perfect condition may not be returnable unless they were made incorrectly, in line with consumer law for custom goods.
How to start a return
To start a return, email hello@memorymagnets.me with your order number, the product name, and a photo of any damage or fault. We will reply with the next steps and a return address if one is needed.
Refund timing
Once we receive and check the returned item, or confirm a fault from your photos, we refund the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of approval, though your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.
Your statutory rights
These terms are in addition to your statutory rights, including UK and EU consumer rights and any rights under your local law. Nothing here removes a right you have by law.
